Custom Polycast is the effort of two racers and Alfa Romeo enthusiasts, Christopher Creighton and Bob Whitehouse.

Christopher and Bob are experienced racers. Christopher has raced his 1972 Alfa GTV in Canada and Bob has many years of racing both vintage and contemporary Alfas in Australia. While Bob has now retired from the on-track excitement, he still serves as driving coach and technical advisor to Christopher.

With a total of nearly 60 years of racing experience between them, Christopher—the Principal in Custom Polycast and his Associate and friend, Bob, set out to make a better velocity stack and the result is Velo Stak.

Christopher’s years of experience with various methods of moulding and casting along with Bob’s experience with CAD and CFD software allows Velo Stak products to be designed and evaluated using state-of-the-art computer software and manufactured from the most up-to-date materials.
